Quantmetry
- Development of uncertainty quantification tools using conformal predictions and bayesian deep learning for Computer Vision tasks. I worked worked on calibration of Object Detection models, Conformal predictions applied to Object Detection and Conformal Predictions applied to image classification.
- Development of the MAPIE library for Conformal Predictions mostly focusing on the development of the multiclass and multilabel tasks. This project was presented to the Distribution Free Uncertainty Quantification (DFUQ) workshop at ICML 2022
- Innerve Project for assisted diagnosis using Computer Vision tools on skin biopsy images. This project uses a combination of classifcal computer vision tools, semantic segmentation tasks and object detection. I am also one of the co-inventors of the patent for medical diagnostic device (patent N° FR3132145)
